Fitness and Health

A new division ot Ta-Excel Foundation called Anything is Possible First Health Club is created. Our aim is fitness and health

We run the following health programmes:

  • General health walk
  • Special physical training
  • Special coaching on health and diet
  • Aerobic sessions
  • Weight loss management programmes
  • Tchoukball

We run sports programmes as stated above as well as Keep Fit Club.

The International Tchoukball Federation is an international sporting federation source from several countries. Seasonal meetups and games are organized to promote sporting and create awareness. We prioritize fitness as part of our  objectives.
